Construction Management

The Lexis Group provides several construction phase services including construction phase administration, construction inspections, constructability reviews, document management, change order management, quality management, monitoring start-up and testing procedures, and project close-out. We approach construction management proactively to keep costs low, improve quality, and minimize construction claims. 

E&S Permitting/Planning

Our team has extension experience Erosion and Sediment Control planning and approval acquisition, NPDES permit application and procurement, and DEP and Joint Permits for Road Crossings,  and wetland mitigation approvals. Our permitting work can be counted upon to be on schedule by our early cooperation with the agencies and our attention to detail.  

Structural Engineering

We are committed to developing creative solutions to respond to our clients' needs. Our collaborative approach fosters the teamwork necessary to elegantly integrate architecture and building systems into a well-coordinated final design. We also offer structural assessment services to review existing building structural systems, develop repair and reinforcement details, or recommend replacement as applicable.

LEED version 4.0 engages project teams in a way that connects strategies to a defined set of goals, referred to as  "impact categories."  The impact categories provide an ambitious agenda  presented in the LEED framework of prerequisites, credits and points. Our LEED certified principals will provide certification support for the  Location and Transportation and Sustainable Sites credits for your project.
